Privacy notice

This notice describes the public marketing website at getcopper.io. The Copper application at app.getcopper.io has separate processing for accounts, uploaded lists, enrichment and billing; those activities are outside this notice's scope.

Delivering this website

This is a static website hosted through Cloudflare Workers Static Assets. When you visit, Cloudflare receives technical request information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information in order to deliver the page and operate its network. Cloudflare's infrastructure may process information in countries outside the European Economic Area.

We use hosting and delivery services to make this website available and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a reliable, secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cookies, analytics and page content

This website's code does not set cookies or use browser storage. We have not included marketing pixels, advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts or embedded third-party media. The public website does not contain a contact form, accept file uploads or collect payment details. The examples shown on the home page are fictional. Following a link to the Copper application or an external website opens a separate service.

Retention

The website does not maintain its own visitor database. Technical data processed by the hosting provider is subject to the applicable service configuration and provider retention rules. If you contact us by post, we retain the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and meet applicable retention requirements.
